Gawd there are so many other things I could be getting on with than sitting here on a Saturday night going through the paper work. I only have myself to blame, I insisted on the extra work purely to get this business running properly. I've got through say 1/3 of it already. There are so may people who still rely on using files and files of writen documents, so many infomation has been lost this way, why can't old people get with the times and use a computer to log and update info. Everything will be saved on disc, thus saving some space and time in the office. I have box's and box's all around me - full to the brim of shit from 5 years ago that needs updating, it's hardly suprising why we are loosing custom. I can't believe the senior staff had the nerve to question the running of the buisness when all along it was them that are to bloody lazy to process applications themselves- no wonder customers they never came back!
I have a great little team around me, all making tea for everyone, some are getting snacks, but at the same time learning whats involved in keeping on top of things. It's not hard to have a functioning office as long as each person is consistent,punctual, reliable, capable and trust worthy.
